BELIZE CITY, Thurs. Oct. 30, 2008 - The Police investigation of a shooting incident which they believe was in retaliation for another shooting in which Dillon Bennett was killed has resulted in the arrest of Darren Banks, 30 and Steven Zelaya, 33, both residents of 4100 Oleander Street.

BELIZE CITY, Thurs. Oct. 30, 2008 - A jury of 5 women and 4 men deliberated for about 2 ½ hours yesterday before it found Englebert Reynolds, 25, not guilty of attempted murder in the shooting of Ernest Sacasa which occurred around 11:30 p.m. on Sunday, June 24, 2007, just outside of Q Club on Queen Charlotte Street.

BELIZE CITY, Thurs. Oct. 30, 2008 - Randolph Samuels, 19, a.k.a. Delon Sheran, one of two men who the Police believe tried to kill Delroy Matura, 22, was charged with attempted murder when he appeared in the #5 Magistrate’s Court on Monday, October 27.
