Dear Editor,
Just 2 months and 2 weeks after the General Elections and
the people of Belize are feeling the cold, hardened, unapologetic victimization
of the UDP Government. In Cayo it seems to be out of control.

WE COULD…WE SHOULD PRIME MINISTER
The Prime Minister of Belize must be taking Belizeans for
fools as he says all the good things, makes the right sounds but fall short
every time with his actions. We are yet waiting for the doing Mr. Barrow.
Barrow’s favorite words appear to be “we could, we should”
on oil, on the rising cost of living, but he always falls short in saying what
he is GOING to do and WHEN about every single thing.

On Wednesday morning 23rd April around 8:30am on Krem Radio
Lois Young Barrow, a frequent caller, was on the phone pontificating about
adequate laws to protect workers. She made no mention of the failure of her
government to pass such laws at this Friday’s House meeting. Mose and his
co-host simply mentioned it should be brought to policy makers. Laws, however,
are made by law-makers.
