It is said that a person might pass through the education process without allowing education to pass through his being. In this case Patrick Faber may be said to be a living notable example. He definitely passed through school without allowing school to pass through him.

Even right now, Patrick Faber can’t work amicably with teachers at his school. It takes so much of him to deal with students. Instead of teaching his classes, he is bent on how to convince the students to vote him in. Most students detest it, because he is using his position of authority to cajole and pressure students into political convictions that coincide only with his own biases. I think the Ministry of Education should investigate Patrick Faber immediately to arrest the decay.

An investigation should not pretend being political. It is only for the good of our children. Investigating Mr. Faber is necessary so that young people do not grow up having a skewed view of politics and politicians. Although it may be troubling to do, but lets just imagine for a moment Patrick Faber becoming a Minister of Education in an imaginary UDP government. Firstly, all the seasoned educators we have today will be fired, or have to leave on their own. Of course they can’t stand his nonsense. But even before anyone of them will resign, he would have fired them. He can’t stand anyone disagreeing with him. He is just full of himself and believes that there is no mind but his. Faber believes that he is the best that there is, even though he has been seen recently being so drunk that he urinated on himself and made a fool of himself in public.

Imagine public officers being slapped in public for daring to disagree with ‘the minister.’ Don’t be afraid, just imagine Patrick Faber jumping unto the desk and table of administrators and shouting at them for not supporting his ideas that are able to save Belize. Save Belize from what? He will have artists write all over his hat “Minister of this and that,” and all over his car and SUVs minister of what ever he imagines to be. It will all be about himself as he has shown so far. He does not understand team work. And leadership is about team work.

Patrick Faber so far is a disaster as an area representative. He is a risk factor both to his party and Belize. He was voted in experimentally. Patrick, the trial is over. You have failed woefully. It is not enough to cry and complain about who is not giving you money to take care of your people. Every leader knows that they have to use their acumen to build networks of friends and associates both with government and the public. But Patrick does not have such skills. He believes that by cursing up the Prime Minister, and refusing to accept the subvention that he is given, he will turn the people’s heart against the People’s United Party. He has been convinced that by refusing to employ the money allotted to him, he will show the government in bad light. Sorry Patrick, you have failed. A vote for the UDP is a vote for arrogant Patrick Faber; it is a vote for confused Dean Barrow and troubled Sedi. Reject foul mouthed Joe and Juliet!
