This is the break down: 00 played 5 times; 11 was on the scene 3 times; 22 was heard of about the same amount of times; 44 has played 3 times already; 55 played a lot – 5 times; 77 only 4 times; 88 played 6 times and 99 is the doubles that played the most – 7 times. Only 33 and 66 have been no shows, for over a year.

KRAAL RD vs. TEX MAR THIS WKND

In Super League football action over the Garifuna Celebrations weekend, Kraal Road Forever Strong traveled to Toledo and faced off with Estrella’s. The game was very exciting and well attended. Norman “Tilliman” Nuñez didn’t disappoint his fans. He scored the only goal of the match. The game finished 1 goal to nil. Stanley “Jordan” Reneau was outstanding in the goal.

This week Tex Mar boys will come to town and clash with the leaders of the Super League Tournament, Kraal Road Forever Strong. Kraal Road will shock Tex Mar Boys 3 goals to 1. The game will be very entertaining.

Roots F. C. crushed Cayo Adventures 5 goals to nil.

Alpha Barcelona was surprised by Benque Viejo DC United 2 goals to nil.

Belmopan Bandits shocked Barrio Fino 1 goal for home turf pride in Belmopan.

This week Alpha Barcelona will school Cayo Adventurers 5 goals to nil. Benque DC United will escape from Barrio Fino 2 goals to 1 in Benque. Estrella’s will beat Belmopan Bandits 2 to 1 in Belmopan.

CHOTOS RECONQUER KING OF THE HILL

Giovanni Choto of C-Ray Cycling Team rode away from some 28 cyclists to win the 2007 King of the Hills. Second was his older brother Jose Choto of the same C-Ray Team.

Third was Gian Ochaeta, fourth was Darnell Barrow of Team Megabytes, fifth was Jeffrey Zelaya, and sixth was Byron Pope.

The race started at the Monument in Dangriga and finished at the Benque Gas Station. The first place solo finisher Giovanni Choto took 5 of 9 station prizes. He finished the race in 3 hours, 25 minutes and 5 seconds.

The Santino’s team did not ride with their sponsor and owner. The Chief Santino’s is on leave. He will be back on the 1st of December. Santino’s team has won all the races since Cross Country. They could afford to give away one.

NBA UPDATES

The Boston Celtics are no longer undefeated, thanks to the Orlando Magics. The Magics are now 9-2, while the Boston Celtics are 8-1. In the game the Magics were up by 20 points at one time. Peter Turkoglu hit 2 of 3 pointers for the Magics in the clutch. Kevin Garnett had 14 points but fouled out. The score ended 104-102.

Paul Pierce missed the 3 pointer on the buzzer. Dwight Howard grabbed a very high rebound to close out the game. Ray Allen hit some big free throws down the stretch but it was not enough.

The San Antonio Spurs are defending their championship title and are focusing on the repeat. They want to become a dynasty. The sports reporters say 4 of 9 without a back to back is not a dynasty.

The All-Star Games will be held in New Orleans on Michael Jordan birthday, 17th of February, 2008. The NBA has real priority, and is very competitive. Next week I will have more stats and updates on the league.

VARGAS vs. MAYORGA THIS WKND

Fernando Vargas will school Ricardo Mayorga this weekend. It will be the Mexican vs. the Nicaraguan. The brawl will not go the distance. Vargas will knock-out Ricardo Mayorga in less than 10 rounds. The fight will be on Friday night, 23rd November. The fight will be very exciting. Both fighters have a rough beef against each other. The fight has already sold out. Both fighters need a win to carry on with their career. Anyone who loses will have to retire, no one will want to see them fight again.

Floyd Mayweather and Ricky Hatton will be facing off on the 8th of December. Most boxing fans say this will be the fight of the year. I will make predictions next week. HBO has a special feature on both fighters at their training camp every Saturday night at 9 o’clock.

BPFL STATS

The Wagiya Football Club and the Revolutionary Conquerors played up to the hype on the 19th of November. The Conquerors went up 2 goals to nil, with goals by Kareem Haylock and a beautiful cannon from David Trapp. The game drew 2 goals to 2.

 F.C. Belize shocked Ibayemi 1 goal to nil in Mango Creek.

San Pedro beat Santels 2 goals to nil. The Santels Football Club has international problems in the managerial area. They had won 3 of their first 4 games. Now they are on a 4 game losing streak, 1 goal to nil. Wagiya shocked them 4 goals to 1.

Verdes surprised them 2 goals to nil and now San Pedro Dolphins schooled them 2 goals to nil.

Juventus fell to Hankook 2 goals to 1. “Tarry” Cabral scored the goal by a penalty.

THE NFL PICTURE

The New England Patriots are 10-0; the Green Bay Packers are 9-1 alongside my team Dallas Cowboys. Tony Romo has an eye on Terrell Owens. T.O. had 4 touch downs and is now third all time on the T-D list.

Teams that will make the playoffs in my view are the Indianapolis Colts, they are 8-2 and the New York Giants are 7-3.

The Jacksonville Jaguars schooled the San Diego Chargers who are 5-5 just by 1 T-D. The game ended 24-17 and was very entertaining.

I saw the Cowboys and Red Skins game. It was a back and forth game which ended 28-23.

The New York Jets shocked the Steelers by 3 points, 19-16. The Philadelphia Eagles are 5-5. They beat the Dolphins. The Green Bay Packers crushed the Carolina Panthers 31-17. The Detroit Lions are 6-4. The Miami Dolphins are 0-10.

The New York Giants beat the Detroit Lions 16 to 10 in a thriller. New England Patriots beat Bills 56-10.

Terrell Owens is my favorite player. He has 123 Touch Downs. The record has it with Chris Carters and 130 and Jerry Rice with 197. Terrell Owen will take over that second place soon.
